Finance Lead
Role Title: Finance Lead
Reports to: Executive Director
Team: Extended Leadership Team
Time Commitment: 5 hrs per week (may be up to 10 hrs/week during high work load periods)

Summary & Responsibilities
The Finance Lead will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will support finance, business planning, and budgeting. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and accounting leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a mission-driven organization. Responsibilities include:
Overseeing financial planning and budgeting
Analyzing and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner and clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements to leadership team
Preparing financial reporting materials for all donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
Participating and leading annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the ED
Administering and reviewing all financial plans and budget
Monitoring progress and changes
Keeping senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status
Managing organizational cash flow and forecasting, serving as book-keeper for the organization
